2. How does your selection and trade testing process work?
Every skilled candidate goes through hands-on trade testing reviewed by a selection committee, a behavioral assessment, and a medical fitness check at a government-approved hospital — so employers receive fully vetted candidates.
3. How long does visa processing take?
It varies by country. Where visa endorsement is required, it typically takes around 45 days from receiving the visa copy; deployment is usually arranged within 15 days once documentation is complete.
4. What happens if a placed worker doesn't work out?
If a worker is found unqualified for the assigned role within 90 days of starting, we arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
